Since 1997, Sue has served as president of Knezevich & Foerster LLC. She works closely with her clients to assist them in the evaluation and communication of their employee benefits package. Having been a representative of Blue Cross™ of Ohio for 6 years, she is well aware of the perspective of insurance companies, and this makes her an important liaison between the client and their carrier or TPA.

Kathy has previous experience at UNICARE/Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company™, and is unparalleled at providing her clients with timely services, attention to detail, and superb documentation. As a Senior Service Consultant, Kathy regularly works with group officials and employees to assist them with their benefit plans. Her greatest asset is her ability to solve problems quickly, while maintaining a personal touch.
