	As a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Sue is responsible for on-going contacts with the carriers/TPA's to better serve her clients at the time of a new sale and on-going renewals. Described by carriers as "demanding", she does the best thing for the client and therefore has many long time clients. Having been a representative at Blue Cross of Ohio for 6 years, she is well aware of the view of the insurance company and therefore becomes an important liaison between the client and their carrier or TPA. She lives in Brecksville with her two children, Kimberly and Andy.
	Renee Vittardi - Producer, 14 years experience (extension 29)
	Renee has a role providing strategic benefit planning, marketing and administrative services to her clients. Her background in healthcare and client services are her greatest assets. She is responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with carriers and TPA's in the marketplace to offer a benefit program that best meets each client's needs.
