| Knezevich & Foerster was founded in
1997 by two professionals, previously senior partners of a large financial
services/employee benefits firm. As an organization we bring over 70
years of combined experience to our client base in all areas of corporate
group benefits including health and life insurance, dental, vision,
disability and voluntary products.

| At K&F, our
mission is to assist clients of all sizes in achieving their goals and
objectives for their employee benefit programs. We are well versed in
all areas of funding, benefit design, legislative issues and communication
to employees. Our on-going personal service has allowed us to build a
long-term client base of over 100 corporate clients.

Persistency We are proud of the excellent retention of our group clients. We have been retained as consultants in transition situations where a buyout or merger occurs.

| Our service is outstanding - we deal directly
with spouses, employees and providers. We have a 24 hour return call policy.
We are your liaison to the upper management of your insurance company, which gives you an additional connection to the overall philosophy of your carrier. 90 Day lead time on renewal preparation, gives adequate time to make more educated decisions and communicate properly to employees, as needed. On-Site Quarterly follow up, as needed, is provided for both the group official and employees. 24 hour toll free number. Voluntary Product Selection - There are several products available to meet needs you may not even know currently exist. We have had excellent success in enrolling a variety of voluntary products. Newsletter sent quarterly to group officials updating new product offerings, legislation, national and regional trends and new benefit ideas. Significant involvement in the Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Chapter and other associations allow for the most up-to-date information on issues such as legislation and compliance. Seminars on current topics like split funding, long-term care, HSA's and COBRA. Work ethic is energetic and client driven. |
